Comparable set to what Peter Keep uses in his video Fishtail Setting using the PulseGraver. While Peter uses 3mm rings and 2.25 millimeter stones, our rings and stones are slightly smaller but work effectively the same way.
Size 7 2.5mm x 2.5mm brass rings perfect for practicing stone setting. Beginner and intermediate jewelers can practice split prong and fishtail settings. Lay out stones, drill, create seats, form prongs and experiment with decorative cuts to perfect the look you want for your designs.
Turn it into a kit by adding one hundred 2mm round with CZs – plenty to practice setting stones all the way around the ring.
While perfect for practice, these rings are not intended for long-term wear – they are not certified as being lead free, which means they may have more than .25% of lead due to the way they were manufactured. These are generally safe for adults to wear externally for short periods of time, but are not recommended for long-term wear.
