EnSet Collets

Stainless Steel Collets for EnSet Hand Engraving, Stone Setting and Finishing machines.

We offer collets in three sizes:  1/8 in round (3.0 mm), 3/32 in round (2.5 mm), and 1/16 in (1.9 mm)

For enhanced precision with sharpening and engraving, we offer 3 sizes of tool collets.  These collets work with the EnSet Hand Piece, EnSet Hand Push Handle and EnSharp VersaFixture Graver Sharpening Fixture.

Typical Uses

1/8 in round (3mm)

• Glardon® Vallorbe Carbide gravers with 1/8” (3 mm) shanks
• Glardon® Vallorbe traditional High Speed Steel Gravers
• Glardon® Vallorbe beading tools
• Engraver.com HSS Graver Blanks
• Other gravers with shank sizes of 1/8 inch (3 mm) or less

3/32 in round (2.5 mm)

• Great for repurposing 3/32 rotary burs and other tools commonly converted into home-made gravers, stippling tools, and other uses
• Holds various gravers by other manufacturers

1/16 in round (1.9 mm)

• Securely holds repurposed dental burs and other items with 1/16 inch shank
• Holds various other gravers and tools with a 1.8 mm shank
