Leica Boom Stand for S Series Microscopes With Mountable Focus Arm

Jewelers, engravers and stone setters who are looking for a set-it-and-forget-it stand that will keep a microscope in one position have found their stand! 

Genuine Leica Boom Stand (also called Swing Arm Stand) for Leica S Series Microscopes.  The Mountable Focus arm holds the Leica S7E or S9E scopes to the stand and allows you to focus the microscope. This is not a configuration for A60 microscopes because the focus block for those microscopes is built into the scope body.

The chromium plated steel vertical column stands 500 mm above the bench top.  The black polished anodized aluminum horizontal arm is a total of 500 mm long.  The Mountable Focus Arm adds another 18 mm (7 inches) of length to the arm.  The stand is permanently mounted to the top of a bench with a 4 inch diameter aluminum flange (bolts/screws not included).

The large, greaseless knobs make it easy to adjust how high above the bench the horizontal bar is held on the vertical column, and the safety collar secures the bar to prevent accidental drops.  The collar is also allows the user to loosen the horizontal mount to allow for some easy left-to-right adjustment.  The focus block allows you to tilt the microscope an has a travel of 51 mm.
